Brigham Young Mine
Last, but not least, there is the description of what is believed to be that of the sacred Brigham Young Mine, as given by the grandson of the old man Daniels (of the Daniels Farm on Rock Creek): "At the west end of Dick's Hollow, south of the upper end, there is a very good mine. Just above the old mine there is some black dirt and above that an old cabin. Behind and above the old cabin are some smaller yellow rocks or ledges and beyond that a dome-like hill which is about 150 feet high." (see map #99)--Lost Gold of the Uintah, pg. 63
